Youth Fitness

This class is designed to introduce and develop proper exercise movements, endurance, and strength through fun games and exercises. Participants will build teamwork and leadership skills while learning the importance of exercise, nutrition, and living a healthy lifestyle.
(Ages 10-13)

Small Group Training

Small group training is a fun and affordable way to train with personalized instruction from a certified trainer. You will utilize the latest training tools and equipment in a team atmosphere. We invite you to come have fun, work hard, and meet new people!

Boot Camp (coming back soon)

This dynamic group class is the perfect combination of cardiovascular conditioning and strength training. The class consists of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and circuit training to maximize results! We modify all exercises to meet your specific needs level of fitness.
