Youth Fitness

This class is designed to introduce and develop proper exercise movements, endurance, and strength through fun games and exercises. Participants will build teamwork and leadership skills while learning the importance of exercise, nutrition, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Yoga (coming back soon)

Enjoy the feeling of rejuvenation and flexibility. This class is designed to promote balance, core strength, and mind-body awareness. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated to achieve full body relaxation.

Boot Camp (coming back soon)

This dynamic group class is the perfect combination of cardiovascular conditioning and strength training. The class consists of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and circuit training to maximize results! We modify all exercises to meet your specific needs level of fitness.
